Benidorm welcomes first multisport event, The Grand Prix active tourism, which combines physical exertion with mental abilities. The city will host between 15 and May 16, 2010, the urban adventure, which will mix a journey between the natural and its magnificent beaches.

The BOOMERANG ORIENTAVENTURA Circuit is designed for everyone to participate, without great technical skills or a high fitness. Teams of two people, plus one spare, shall complete an orienteering route which include passing checkpoints and several special tests of physical skill and technique. The course is completely free, but the time to do this is limited, so it is impossible to complete all checkpoints or visit all the special tests, so that each team presents its strategy and choose to do what it considers most appropriate. The one who accumulates the most points is the winner of the race.
